UC's Engineering Research Center, (Michael Graves and KZF Design, architects, 1995), is one of the university's most visible buildings. The massive brick and sandstone structure is viewed straight ahead when one enters campus from University and Jefferson avenues. The building's six-story height blends with those behind it, and its exterior complements surrounding buildings.
